Industrial Air Curtains
MARK solutions helping reduce air exchange between indoor and outdoor spaces, from commercial entrances to frequently opened factory doors.

The door opens. Keep more heat inside.
Start an air-curtain selection with how the doorway is used. A loading door with forklift traffic and a busy pedestrian entrance have different requirements.
Loading doors and forklift traffic
A warehouse door opens repeatedly during dispatch and the nearby working area becomes cold. The aim is to reduce air exchange while keeping access clear. Door dimensions, opening duration, wind exposure and building pressure are assessed together.
How the solution is selected
T200 and water-heated T200+ options can be considered for industrial doorways. T200 uses existing indoor air; T200+ adds hot-water heating.
A busy staff or commercial entrance
Staff and visitors use a showroom or facility entrance throughout the day. Comfort near the entrance matters alongside noise and appearance.
How the solution is selected
The EASYAIR family includes ambient, water-supplied and electric versions. Model, mounting and control scope are selected for the entrance conditions.
Selection conditions
An air curtain does not physically close a door or guarantee that all air exchange stops. Door width and height, temperature difference, wind and pressure balance affect performance. It should not be assumed to replace building heating.
What should you share?
Door dimensions, opening frequency, use, available hot water/electricity and a location photo provide a useful starting point.
A common question
Can an unheated air curtain be useful?
The airflow aims to reduce exchange across an open doorway; additional heating is not needed in every application. Comfort targets and doorway conditions guide the choice.
These are illustrative applications, not completed project references. Final selection is confirmed with current manufacturer data.
Compare air curtain options
Unheated, hot-water and electric options for commercial entrances and large industrial doorways.
| Product family | Technical features | Applications and installation |
|---|---|---|
| EASYAIR ↗Commercial entrances | Water-heated, electric or unheated. EC fan; 1 / 1.5 / 2 m unit widths. | Shops, offices and personnel entrances. Optional brackets for horizontal or vertical mounting; up to 8 units per controller. |
| EASYAIR T200 ↗Unheated industrial | Modules with 3, 4 or 5 fans. Recirculates indoor air; no additional heat source required. | Factory and loading doors. Modules combine to suit doorway width; optional vertical arrangement. |
| EASYAIR T200+ ↗Water-heated industrial | Water-fed heat exchangers provide additional heating. The T200 family offers EC motors with 0–10 V control. | Industrial entrances requiring warm discharge alongside the air barrier; a hot-water supply is required. |
Installation height: MARK states up to 3.7 m for heated EASYAIR models, 4.7 m for unheated models and 8 m for T200. These are not a guarantee of equal performance at every doorway. Model, wind exposure and building pressure affect selection; T200+ height requires separate confirmation.
